Shake well before use. With tepid water, thoroughly wet animal's coat. Apply a sufficient amount of shampoo to create a rich lather. Allow to remain on hair coat for a few minutes, then rinse thoroughly with clean water.

Where is this shampoo made?
Our shampoo and all of our grooming products are made in the United States with carefully selected and veterinarian approved ingredients.
Can I use my human shampoo on my dog/cat?
Nope! Pets have a thinner skin than us with different Ph levels. Human shampoo would strip their natural oils which can irritate or damage your pets skin.
Can I use this shampoo on myself?
Absolutely! While it is a bad idea sharing your human shampoo with your pet, the other way around is definitely safe. Rumor has it that our founder only uses this shampoo on herself.
Does this shampoo protect against fleas?
Our shampoo is not designed to kill fleas or their eggs. Please consult with your veterinarian for flea and tick treatment.
What are the shipping & returns conditions?
Domestic shipping is free for any order above $50. For international orders, the shipping costs will be dynamically calculated at checkout.
Returns are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order. Check out FAQ page if you have more questions.
For sanitary reasons, if the product has been used we cannot accept a return on it.
